The Norwegian Equality and Anti-Discrimination Duty (ARP)

The Norwegian Equality and Anti-Discrimination Duty has been in force since January 1st, 2020. It requires larger companies to actively and systematically promote equality and prevent discrimination in the workplace. As part of this duty, companies must carry out an annual assessment and publish a public report outlining their efforts, identified risks, and results.

Our Commitment to Promoting Equality and Preventing Discrimination

As part of our commitment to comply with the Norwegian Equality and Anti-Discrimination Duty, we work actively to promote equality and prevent discrimination within our organization. This report constitutes our public account of due diligence in accordance with Section 26a of the Norwegian Equality and Anti-Discrimination Act.
