The Norwegian Transparency Act

As of 1st of July 2022, the Transparency Act entered into force in Norway. The purpose is to promote companies’ respect for basic human rights and decent working conditions with business partners, and in supply chains.

Orkla House Care is fully owned by Orkla ASA. Orkla ASA presents a comprehensive overview of the activities and performance of its portfolio companies, diligently examining and monitoring risks within the supply chain. All of this is presented within the Orkla Annual and Sustainability Report for the year 2022. As a portfolio company, Orkla House care is covered by this report.
